Welcome to TurboPay BD. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and payment gateway services. By accessing or using TurboPay BD, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or integrating the TurboPay BD API, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Provided

TurboPay BD provides a multi-brand payment gateway system allowing merchants to process transactions via local Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), local cards, and international payment methods.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and all activities under your account.
  • Any unauthorized use of your merchant dashboard or API keys must be reported to TurboPay BD immediately.

4. Subscription Plans & Limits

  • Merchants must subscribe to a plan (15-day, 30-day, 6-month, or 12-month).
  • Each plan has specific limits regarding the number of allowed Brands (connected websites/businesses) and Devices (server endpoints).
  • Exceeding these limits may result in transaction pauses until the account is upgraded.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use TurboPay BD for any illegal transactions, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, unauthorized betting, illegal drug sales, or any services violating local and international financial regulations.

6. Service Availability & Downtime

While TurboPay BD strives to ensure 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for any temporary service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, banking networks, MFS maintenance, or scheduled system upgrades.

7. Termination of Service

TurboPay BD reserves the right to suspend or terminate any merchant account without prior notice if these terms are violated, or if suspicious/fraudulent transaction volume is detected.
